Stacked and Balanced

I like it when things are stacked and balanced.

Lately I have NOT been balanced.

The scales have been tipped...

and not in my favor, either!

Off balance-

Rushing

Frustrated

Angry

Falling apart.

Look deeper.

Slow down.

Listen.

Peace and balance are there

It's just a matter of perspective

and patience

and peace.

Letting go of that

which

I cannot control.

Letting the balance

creep

back into the cracks

and crevices

of

my

life.

When I least expected it

a sign

that balance

is

everywhere.

Look deeper.

Slow down.

Listen.

Let it wash over me

Like the waters

that have

shaped

and

rounded

and

softened

these stones.
